The Home Integrity Way

We're here to change the building inspection industry

Buying or building a new property should be an exciting and enjoyable time. Our approach is to harness this excitement, providing friendly, approachable staff, who guide you through the building inspection process from start to finish. We have hand selected the best of the best within our industry, not only for their trade but for people and communication skills.

We understand it can get stressful, so we are here to take that away. When talking to our schedulers you’ll feel the smile through the phone and when you meet your inspector, you’ll get the sense of comfort and security in their guidance.

"Its good to know" slogan on the back of building inspector Jeremy who is conducting a structural Inspection.

It's good to know!

Our approach to reporting draws on our “good to know” philosophy. Building inspections don’t need to be scary or stressful, but they are important. Our reports use friendly, easy to understand language, to give clarity to the process and reassurance to our clients.

Our inspectors report on the facts without sensationalising and when we do find an issue, we provide a clear path forward to rectification.

We see you have added an Electrical, Plumbing and Gas inspection (EPG) with a Pre-Settlement inspection.

Please note these are very similar inspections, just performed at different times. The EPG occurs during your pre-purchase inspection, while the Pre-Settlement occurs 5-7 days before settlement.

If you require both please proceed to check out. Alternatively, remove one and continue.
