Pre Purchase Apartment Inspection

Purchasing an apartment is a significant investment. Our pre-purchase inspections give you peace of mind by thoroughly evaluating the condition of the property. Our inspectors are highly experienced in identifying potential issues that may not be visible during a standard viewing.

This inspection has been tailored to the needs of an apartment buyer. It covers relevant structural and non-structural elements and includes all “unit entitlement” areas such as parking bay(s) and storerooms. 

We also record plumbing, gas and electrical fittings and fixture operation on the day of inspection. 

This report exceeds the requirements of Australian Standard AS 4349.1 and the REIWA Structural Building Condition Annexure.

Practical Completion Inspections for New Builds

For new apartments, our practical completion inspections ensure your construction meets the agreed-upon standards and is ready for occupancy. Before you accept the keys, our team will meticulously check every aspect of the build.

Reporting

Please note these are very similar inspections, just performed at different times. The EPG occurs during your pre-purchase inspection, while the Pre-Settlement occurs 5-7 days before settlement.
