At the Building Excellence Awards, our south west team proudly accepted another Best Customer Service Award. Both these awards are heavily reliant on first hand consumer feedback. Our clients are called by an MBA WA representative and surveyed about their experience. These survey results along with a written response outlining our procedures and policies is then evaluated. To know our clients are truly happy with the service we supply is so rewarding.
