Located on the site of the old Pavilion Markets, One Subiaco is a 24 storey, high rise residence made up of three unique towers.

The towers include 236 apartments in one, two and three bedroom configurations with large living spaces, and a resort style living communal area.

Home Integrity was engaged by Blackburn as a third party quality control consultant reviewing the construction and finish of each level as it neared completion.

Working closely with the builder and developer produced a superior finish for the homeowners.

Please note these are very similar inspections, just performed at different times. The EPG occurs during your pre-purchase inspection, while the Pre-Settlement occurs 5-7 days before settlement.
